The Program Manager will be responsible for various areas within non-medical Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE). The position requires ten (10) to fifteen (15) years experience, of which at least ten years must be specialized in a leadership role supporting laboratories in Aberdeen MD, and CBRNE Sciences. Experience should include oversight responsibility supervising or managing one or more of the following areas of the business processes, functions or tools: Biosciences, chemical and biological (CB) detection; information systems technology; protection and decontamination sciences; toxicology; aerosol science; obscurants and veterinary services. Candidate must also have a strong background in acquisitions, contract management. Candidate must be familiar with laboratory scales and prototype experiments; must also be able to design, adapt and perform computer based studies on CBRNE materials, and have the ability to prepare and analyze CBRNE materials as they relate to the contract. Candidate will be responsible for organizing and facilitating meetings with government personnel. Prior experience supporting RDECOM, DTRA, or JPEO is a major plus!!

The successful candidate will be familiar with Army Forces Generation process as it relates to Installation Management Command (IMOCOM) contract vehicles to obtain augmentation support services in support of the Army Forces Generation (ARFORGEN) process. Project Manager will have oversight responsibility for the Administrative Management and General Management services provided to the government, including but not limited to the following functions: training, mobilization, deployment, redeployment and demobilization. Key responsibilities include: managing multiple concurrent project tasks, providing expert direction and guidance to subordinates, developing schedules, formulating work plans, managing and controlling project funds and resources, and serving as point of contact with Government Clients. The PM will attend briefings, conferences, and other Government designated meetings as required as well as provide After Action Report (AAR) to the Contracting Officer’s Representative. Project Manager will plan, organize, direct, and control the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved.
Required minimum of five (5) years experience in the management with a MS/MBA desired or 10 yrs. total; six (6) yrs in management experience with a BS/BA and have or related multifunction operation. Must be highly proficient and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Applications. Prior Army Command experience as a Garrison Commander and/or Base Support Commander is a plus. Knowledge of Joint Operational regulations is desired, but not a requirement.
