Prime Contract Award
In May 2007 DPMS was awarded a Firm-Fixed Price contract to support the Office of The Director of Training, Army G-3/5/7. Specifically, DPMS and its subcontractor Alion Science and Technology, provide program management, technical assistance and subject matter expertise in the areas of collective training, constructive simulations, Institutional training, range modernization, Army distributed learning, training mission area, functional area assessment, Army school system, Joint national training capability, detainee operations, Improved Explosive Devise disposal, training policy and analysis and programming and budgeting support. The DAMO-TR mission is vital to the overall Army training mission and DPMS welcomes the opportunity to support this effort. The DPMS Program Manager is Mr. Charles Scott.
Prime Contract Award
DPMS was awarded a firm-fixed price contract to provide Human Resource Management Support for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The contract specifically provides support services to the Administrative and Logistics Support Division within the Office of Operations Coordination, Department of Homeland Security. DPMS personnel perform all personnel actions, administrative, and clerical support for incoming / outgoing federal employees, detailed federal government employees and contractors. DPMS is pleased to be providing this vital support to DHS.
Prime Contract Award
DPMS Recently won an award to provide Locksmith Security Services to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Terms of the contract call for DPMS to provide on-site and on call locksmith services at NRC Headquarters and NRC satellite locations in the National Capital Region.
Prime Contract Award
DPMS was awarded a T&M contract to provide Locksmith Security Services in support of the DoD, Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). DPMS personnel provide professional locksmith service and support for installation, service, and repair of security related hardware in the NCR to ensure PFPA’s mission success.
Prime Contract Award
DPMS was awarded a Facilities Management and Central Support Services Contract to provide services to the Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Support will be provided at the new ATF National Headquarters building due to open in February of 2007. In addition to daily operations of a service desk, DPMS employees will be responsible for events planning and overall on-site coordination and conflict resolution. DPMS President and CEO, Micheal Davis commented that he is pleased with this award. Further, he said, this five year prime contract award represents a new market penetration for the company and he is excited and looks forward to providing exceptional service support to ATF.
Subcontract Award
Guardian II IPP Awarded--- This multi-million dollar single award ID/IQ Installation Protection Program contract was awarded in May 2008 to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). DPMS is a partner and major subcontractor on this base year plus 4-one year option periods effort. DPMS President, Mr. Micheal Davis, stated that DPMS is pleased to part of the SAIC Team and is looking forward to helping support a program that will ultimately help ensure that the critical missions of our military installations can continue after a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear event.
Subcontract Award
DPMS teamed with Analytic Services, Inc (ANSER) to win a contract supporting the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense and SA (Chemical, Biological Defense & Chemical Demilitarization Program). DPMS personnel provide critical and comprehensive research and analytical support to the customer for combating Weapons of Mass Destruction within the three pillars of Nonproliferation, Counter- proliferation and Consequence Management.
Subcontract Award with Lockheed Martin Corporation
DPMS teamed with Lockheed Martin Corporation to win a Counterintelligence Field Activity Functional Support contract with service to DoD and DOJ. Micheal Davis, president of Davis-Paige Management Systems, commented that this is a wonderful opportunity for DPMS to provide quality services in support of this very important area of national defense.
Subcontract Award with ICF
DPMS teamed with ICF International in a contract awarded to ICF International by the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) that provides consulting services required for the development, maintenance, and review of Continuity of Operations Plan for the Metropolitan Police Department. The services to be provided include: Threat assessment, continuity of operations planning, exercise design and delivery, and other emergency management program consulting services. DPMS President Micheal Davis commented that DPMS is pleased to be working with ICF to provide this vital service to one of the ten largest police agencies in the country.
Subcontract Award with Intuitive
DPMS teamed with Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation, a certified 8(a) Company and Small Disadvantaged Business to win an Engineering Contract supporting Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense Technologies. Intuitive is the prime and DPMS is the subcontractor. This five year ID/IQ contract supports the Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center (ECBC) located in the Edgewood, MD area of Aberdeen Proving Ground for research and development services. Specifically this contract will support ECBC and its customers, Program Executive Office, Project management Offices, and the U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command functional elements. DPMS President and CEO, Mike Davis commented that this is a wonderful opportunity for company to showcase its skills in this highly technical field centered on studies and analysis, prototyping, systems integration, production, manufacturing, test & evaluation, and training.
Subcontract Award with Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc.
DPMS teamed with Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. (IDSI) to win a U.S. Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) and the Office of Personnel Management contract involving Analysis of current and projected U.S. Coast Guard Exercise Program Requirements and Parameters. IDSI is a Woman-owned, Small Business and an industry leader in human and organizational performance. IDIS is the prime and DPMS is the subcontractor. The work under this contract consists primarily of exercise support including planning, capability assessment, exercise design and execution and evaluation & corrective actions. DPMS president and CEO, Mike Davis commented that it will be pleasure providing subject matter experts to support the USCG in designing and enhancing their training mission and functions.
