Quality Assurance Programs

DPMS Corporation’s Quality Control Plan is designed to be completely responsive to the requirements of the contract, and to ensure that rigid inspections and quality standards are strictly adhered to. To achieve and maintain the standards of performance as outlined in the Statement of Work and the more stringent standards imposed by our President and Corporate Staff, we will rely on our on-site Quality Control Staff and the involvement of the Government Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) assigned to this contract. Joint efforts between the Government and us will ensure that our overall mission of providing “Zero Defect” Administrative Support Services is fulfilled.

We do not expect the Government Quality Assurance Evaluator(s) to perform the inspection duties which are our responsibilities. We will inspect our work while the QAE inspects our performance. We do, however, expect to be provided personal comments, inputs and feedbacks from the QAE which will be accepted as “Constructive Criticism” to enhance our overall operation.

This Quality Control Program has been developed and prepared in accordance with the Government Request for a Quality Control Plan for the execution of Seaport-e Support Services at Naval Surface Weapons Center Command.

The purpose is to establish an effective and thorough Quality Control Plan with well-indoctrinated and trained personnel to implement it. To this end, the Quality Control Program will enable the Project Manager to accomplish all of the following:

  • Ensure a “PRO-ACTIVE” Quality Control Program rather than a “RE-ACTIVE” Program.
  • Provide continuous high quality services.
  • Provide documented inspection results for the prompt identification of deficiencies.
  • Ensure timely response in resolving deficiencies (corrective action).
  • Identify probable sources and trends when deficiencies are discovered.
  • Perform trend analysis.
  • Assist corporate management in the decision making process.
  • Provide an evaluation factor for our “TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM”.
  • Maintaining quality control files and reports.

Quality control will be emphasized to the lowest possible level in the organization. Each employee on the job is ultimately responsible for the quality of his/her work. The Project Manager, QC Representative, and employees all share in the overall responsibility to ensure high quality.
